Purpose:

The Camp Setup page provides you with two options for adjusting major mistakes or problems. The first option allows you to change your terrain, while the second allows you the ability to kill your camp yourself, so that you can easily restart.

Changing Terrain :

When you are starting out, if you notice that you accidentally chose the wrong terrain, you do have the option to change it to the terrain you want as long as you haven't ended more than 9 turns. On the Camp Setup page, look at the first box of options. It will display in text what terrain you are on currently, and have a drop-down for choosing a new terrain. Choose the terrain you want from the drop-down menu and click "Now". This will update your camp, placing you on the new terrain choice.

If you've already passed the turn limit or if you want to change your class, you will need to either wait until the next round or kill your camp.

Killing Your Camp :

If you ever get to a point that you want a restart, whether because you've chosen the wrong terrain and are past the turn limit, you've chosen the wrong class, your camp is doing poorly, or whatever else, the second option on the Camp Setup page will give you the ability to kill your camp so that you can start anew. Please think about this carefully before you go through with it, because once you've killed your camp, you will not be able to undo it. The admins will not be able to undo this action either. Once you're sure that you want to kill your camp, click both of the check boxes to make sure that they're selected and click the "KILL CAMP" button. This will kill your current camp and add you information to our shared list so that you can create a new camp. Once this is done, just go to the signup page and click to create a new camp. You will no longer be able to sign in to the old one.
