Purpose:

Busses, tanks, and the like need more organization than just being parked haphazardly in any open space in your camp. Your camp's vehicles will need to be parked in lots for easy access when you need them.

In order to keep your vehicles readily accessible for your daily activities, you will need to build lots. You cannot store more than 4 busses, 4 AAVs, 2 tanks, and 2 choppers in your camp without building lots. Each lot will hold 4 busses, 4 AAVs, 2 tanks, and 2 choppers. If you choose the military path for your camp, you will store your mechs on lots as well. You will be able to store 3 light mechs, 2 medium, and 1 heavy along with the other vehicles.

You will need 15 land units, 5 building supplies, and 5 construction workers to construct each lot. These structures have no daily costs or staffing requirements.

You will construct this building through the Construct page as with any other building.

Displays:

Your primary display for your lots will be on your Infrastructure page. Here you can see how many lots you have and then specific info on each vehicle. You can see how many storage spaces are being used by each vehicle followed by how many more spaces are available, and then how many total spaces you have for that vehicle type.

You can also check to see how many of each vehicle you have in storage and how much total space you have by checking your Garage page.

Lot row from the Your Camp's Buildings table on the Construct page.

Finally you will be able to see how many total lots you have by checking the table displaying your camp's buildings on the Construct screen. Because this building has no daily or staffing costs, you cannot change whether or not it is active. If you want to decrease the number you have, you will just need to demolish them.

Special Considerations When Demolishing:

The main thing you need to consider before demolishing your lots is whether or not you can handle the loss of the vehicle storage. You will not be able to demolish lots that contain vehicles. Use your Recycling page to empty out lots for demolition.
